Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Customized or personalized clothing
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or any intimate apparel
  • Clearance or final sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Item shows signs of wear or washing
  • Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming the receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider (processing time may vary)
  • Contact your bank — it may take time before a refund is officially posted

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same style/size, please email us at style@innovationofthetimes.com and mail your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once your return is received. A gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
