Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both standard and express shipping options.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
